The boarding school caters for up to 300 students. Facilities include dormitories for Years 7-10, individual or twin rooms for senior students, common rooms, games room, cinema, student shop and a large dining and kitchen complex.
Registered nursing staff are available in the school’s sick bay.
The Boarding School is an outstanding facility for students to expand and enhance their educational opportunities. It is home for as they learn those vital living skills. It brings city and country students together in rural environment some 40 minutes by train from the centre of Sydney.
Boarding students have direct access to the farm, the dining room, swimming pool, sports field, tennis courts, music, drama, technology and library facilities. So close to the sentre of Australia's biggest metropolis, students have easy access to the broadest range of opportunities possible.
The boarding school operation relies on a staff welfare team currently coordinated by a boarding deputy principal, two head teachers welfare and a team of support staff coordinated by the business services manager.

Student travel is coordinated by the deputy principal and duty room clerical personnel. Most students are entitled to free travel to and from their home via Countrylink travel and are issued with a Weekend / Vacation Boarder Pass. Application forms for these passes are available from the school and should be completed on Orientation Day.
